...in between eating.	Today's special: Felchen (Pollan, aka Freshwater Herring) from Bodensee.
Our salad and Spätzle with cheese sauce and lots of onions, plus our wine.	Kousa's still thirsty and wants a sip of Czech beer too...
After the show, UsaKousa hang out with the stars (??) as usual ; - )
